What are the accepted payment methods?

You can pay for your purchase by credit card or Paypal. You also have the possibility to pay in 4X free of charge.

What are the delivery times?

We ship packages the same day if you order before noon or the next day, allow 48 hours to receive the package at your home via Colissimo. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number in your email box to follow the delivery step by step.

What country are the packages shipped from?

We ship packages from our warehouse located in France.

Are the items in stock?

If you order an item then it means that it is in stock, it will be shipped the same day if you order before noon or the next day.

I have received the package, but the size does not match.

No worries, you will find a return label in your package, if for any reason you wish to return your item and make an exchange then we will cover the return costs, insert your invoice in the box, simply reseal the parcel with a tape then stick the return label on the box. Place it in a post office.

Items must be returned in pristine condition with tags and bags.
